How we work: cause → signs → remedy
- Find the cause. What is upsetting your digestion: meal times, food choices, stress, sleep or other health conditions.
- Read your signs. Your symptoms, when they come, your bowel habits, and any reports or scans you bring.
- Plan the remedy. Treatment chosen for you, not a standard package.
What treatment may include
Treatment depends on your condition. Your doctor decides on it after discussing it with you. It may include:
- Herbal medicines to take at home
- A practical diet plan built around foods you already eat
- Daily-routine advice on meal times, sleep and stress
- Classical cleansing such as Virechana, only when your doctor finds it suitable
What to expect
- First visit: 45–60 minutes with the doctor. Bring any reports, scans and your list of medicines.
- Your plan: explained clearly, so you know what each step is for.
- Follow-up visits to check progress and adjust your plan.
Go to a hospital first if…
- Vomiting blood, or black, tarry stools
- Severe stomach pain that won’t settle
- Difficulty swallowing or unexplained weight loss
- Vomiting that won’t stop, or signs of dehydration
Ayurvedic care is not a substitute for emergency care. If you have any of these, please get medical help the same day.
Common questions
Should I stop the medicines my other doctor prescribed?
No. Please don’t stop or change any prescribed medicine without proper medical advice.
Will I have to give up the food I enjoy?
Usually not completely. The doctor helps you adjust what, when and how you eat in a way you can keep up.
Can I consult online?
Yes. Most digestive care, including the assessment, herbal medicines and diet plan, can be done online.
