How we work: cause → signs → remedy
- Find the cause. The daily habits behind the numbers: meals, activity, sleep, stress and weight.
- Read your signs. Your recent blood tests, weight, blood pressure and how you feel day to day.
- Plan the remedy. Treatment chosen for you, not a standard package.
What treatment may include
Treatment depends on your condition. Your doctor decides on it after discussing it with you. It may include:
- Herbal medicines to take at home
- A personal diet and activity plan that fits your life
- Supportive therapies such as Udvartana (dry herbal powder massage), where suitable
What to expect
- First visit: 45–60 minutes with the doctor. Bring your recent blood test reports and your list of medicines.
- Your plan: explained clearly, so you know what each step is for.
- Regular blood tests help you and your doctor see your progress.
- Follow-up visits to check progress and adjust your plan.
Go to a hospital first if…
- Very high or very low blood sugar with confusion, drowsiness or heavy sweating
- Chest pain or breathlessness
- Yellowing of the skin or eyes, or a swollen abdomen
Ayurvedic care is not a substitute for emergency care. If you have any of these, please get medical help the same day.
