How an online consultation works
- Request a time. Book online or message us on WhatsApp. For clients overseas, we confirm a time outside our normal hours to suit your time zone, subject to availability.
- Short questionnaire. Depending on your condition, we may send a few questions before the call.
- Your consultation. By video or audio call. The first consultation takes 40 to 60 minutes.
- Your plan and medicines. Herbal medicines with diet and daily-routine advice, sent by courier or a more cost-effective option depending on where you are.
- Follow-ups. Follow-up calls take 10 to 20 minutes, with check-ins between visits.
When you need to visit or see another doctor
- Therapies such as oil and heat treatments and Panchakarma need a visit to our Anuradhapura clinic.
- Online consultations are not for emergencies. If you have severe or sudden symptoms, please get medical help the same day.
- We work alongside your other doctors. Please don’t stop or change any prescribed medicine without proper medical advice.
Prefer to visit in person?
Our partner travel agencies guide and arrange the whole journey, to the clinic and back home. Treatment courses are planned around your condition, so their length differs from person to person.
